DVD ERROR CODE F4D41436

I just installed "PowerDVD 5". When I attempt to play a DVD I get "ERROR CODE
F4D41436, TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly. This
copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled."
Is there a fix? Thanks I'm running XP sp1.

Check with the PowerDVD 5 tech support site? Try a different video card.
