Display driver problem

I tried to play a DVD on my PowerDVD program. It won't work because the TV Out port of my display card is not working. error code F4D41436. It also says this copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled. I have just updated my display driver from NVidia. I can't seem to find any option relating to a TV out port. Help?

Right click on the desktop and select Properties. In the Settings tab,
click on Advanced. You should find the option to disable in the Monitor
tab.

Your suggestion still did not correct the problem. There was no option to disable in that location. I'm running Windows XP with the NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti 200 video card. I'm not sure if that helps you. What other choices do I have?
