DVD Drive doesn't open

I cannot open the dvd drive, what can I do or what happen

Insert a small wire (e.g. end of a paper clip) into the hole under the
DVD tray to release the disc.

Unfold a paper clip and insert one end into the little hole on the
faceplate of your DVD drive. This will cause the tray to open. (The
little hole is on the faceplate for that very purpose.)

If you need to do this often, it's time for a new DVD drive.

In any case, this is not a Windows problem.

Right Click on the DVD icon in My Computer and select "eject."

If not, try the paper clip method.
