Dvd burner Issue with XP SP1 creating PDI file

I cannot burn dual layered dvds. I am using Instant Copy
(patches installed) and every time I try to create a PDI
file, microsoft will give me an error message saying:
Instant Copy needs to close please send error report,
Microsoft apologizes for the inconvience. Is there a
patch I can download that will allow me to burn dual
layered Dvds using XP Pro SP1..?
