Dvd and DVD Rwm drives

Today both my drives have yellow exclamanation mark in the device manager
and its says in the properties that they cannot be found.
They both show in the bios and during bootup.I tried uninstalling them and
whilst one of them was found it did not finish installing it.
Some advise please.Thanks.
 
Boot into Safe Mode, open Device Manager, delete/remove ALL instances of the
DVD drives you find, reboot and Windows will re-detect and install the
drivers.
