DV Captured video speed too fast

Hello,

I have a strange problem, ever since I upgraded my PC from Athlon-2400 to
Athlon64-3500 (and did a new XP installation) the video I capture with
Moviemaker plays too fast. While capturing I see the movie at the correct
speed on the display of my JVD JGR-225 but when the capturing has finished
the video on my PC plays at double speed...
Anyone who can help me out ??

Everything is up-to-date.

I have the problem with all capture software I have , not only Movie Maker.
Trying some others apps I found today tonight
