dusk defragment

I am trying to defragment, and I can't even get it to
open. What's the problem. Also, sometimes my cdrom's
arent even showing up.

Michelle, Try this Go to My Computer right click on the
Hard drive and select properties. you should see a tab
marked tools.Click on it now you should be able to see
the defrag button. You should be fine now.
