Duriation time

It seems like my pictures are going from one picture to another to fast...
I've already have made my timeline and saw the optionfrom going to
tools>option>advance and have set the duriation time to 7 sec but still seems
like the pictures have not slowed down.. is there anyway to slow down each
picture by right clicking it or something?

the option only applies to the still pix you drag from the collection to the
project, not to those already on it.

once on the timeline, you need to grab the clip by the right trim handle and
pull it to the right to increase the duration, which slows it down.
