Is there anyway of duplicating information from one report form to another?

Could you be more specific? I am not sure what you want to duplicate.
Do you want two copies to print from the report? Do you want to create a
new report based on the old one as a beginning step in designing a new
report? What information?

Hint: You can copy and past a report to create a new report with the
same characteristics as the original that you can then edit as needed.
