Duplicating emails in inbox

I am not certain as to why this is happening. But my
emails in my inbox are randomly duplicating themselves.
Not all the emails, just some of them. They duplicate,
and then the duplicate disappears. Does anyone know why
this would be happening, or if there is a solution to fix
this.

Do you have a personnel organiser? If you do it may be because you have set
it up wrongly as regards mail.

I don't have a personnel organizer. My email has never
done this before. I am not sure why it has decided to
start now.
