Duplicated Appointments

There are several duplicated appointments that are downloading to Microsoft
Outlook 2007 and goes to the deleted folder every now and then. These keep
multiplying and at times there are over 1,500 appointments all happening in
the past. Please help me stop these appointments.

Downloading from where? What type of account do you use?
