Duplicate Outlook folders in left pane (OL2003)

A user seems to have imported a single pst file multiple times (or
something), with the result that in the left pane of Outlook (2003), she sees
Personal Folders, Outlook, and Outlook. She can't close any of them, and new
mail is delivered to all of them. I suppose she would want to remove the
Outlook entries and have mail delivered to Personal Folders. How might one
accomplish this? Will it be necessary to re-backup the pst, reinstall, then
reimport?
