Duplicate messages

Help. I am having problems with my outlook sending duplicate mesages each
time I send. Now it appears other people I interact with are having the same
problem. Nothing seems to be working to fix the problem. Any ideas?

What version of Outlook? IS it happening for EVERY message you send, or
intermittently ?
