Duplicate messages delivered to Outlook 2003

We keep getting the same emails delivered over and over again to one
workstation on our network running Windows XP Pro SP2 and Outlook 2003/Office
2003. We recieve the email and read/delete it, and it will come back again as
new over and over again. It's only happening on this one workstation. We are
running Exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000 server and have made no changes to
the account in question. No orther users in a group of fourty pc's are having
this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions??

Running Cached Exchange Mode? Rename your ost-file to .old and have Outlook
resynch with Exchange.

Actually on this workstation cached mode is not checked. But thanks for the
suggestion there.

But you are using an Exchange connection? Then when you delete a mail you
delete it directly from the Exchange database. Does the message still show
up in OWA; what happens if you delete it from there?
