Duplicate meeting requests

Using Exchange 2003 sp2 and Outlook 2003. I have several users who accept
meeting requests and it is duplicated in their calendar. What is the
solution for this?

You could try opening Outlook with the /cleansniff switch, which is supposed
to delete duplicate reminders:

Thanks, any ideas on why it occurs only on a few users and/or what can be
