Duplicate entries in Add/Remove

In the Add/Remove Programs control panel, I have entries for both Firefox
1.0.2 and 1.5. Both are identical in size.

Clicking the 1.02 entry to remove it results in this error:

0: Uninstall log folder not found:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Mozilla\Mozilla
Firefox\1.0.2(en-US)\Uninstall\Uninstall Log Folder

I thought perhaps I could create a dummy entry in the registry, but I get
the same error.

I uninstalled Firefox 1.5, deleted all registry entries and restarted. Still
the same.

I have run assorted repair utilities with no change in the outcome. The
duplicate entry persists.

Can anyone suggest how I can get rid of this Add/Remove entry?

You're making me HUNGRY and you have either a keyboard problem
or are missing one of your fingers. Seriously,
You'll need to uninstall/delete the last (1.5) FireFox first and then
the 1.0.2 for the last one also uses some of the files from the
first install. After you've cleaned them both out, reinstall 1.5
If it gives you an access denied error message, delete both of
the apps in Safe Mode.

It has a feature that allows you to remove entries from Add/Remove Programs.
