Duplicate emails in Outlook 2007

I have read all of the post from the same type of questions and everything
seems to be set up correctly in Outlook. Yet, I am still receiving duplicate
emails in my outlook 2007 mail?

Please help!!!

Try disabling the email scanner in your AV application...

I have been having the same issue for the past 6 months. I have read thru
these postings and have tried all solutions. PLEASE HELP!!
