I get duplicates of all emails sent to my default address in windows mail.
I dont have duplicate accounts set up and it only happens when I select save
copy at server (which I want it to do - since I use 2 computers). I tried
turning off norton. Interestingly it doesn't do it with my other email
addresses at comcast, even though I select save at server for them! I tried
deleting the account and resetting it up. Any ideas appreciated.

Do you perhaps have "mail forwarding" set up in one of them, (if your ISP
allows it)?

No mail forwarding turned on. It only occurs when I have keep copy at
server turned on (for 5 days) It occurs with the first email address (when
I put up accounts it's the first one listed - I dont know how I'd make it
the 2nd or 3rd.- are they alphabetical? When I retreive email from comcast
web site there's only 1 copy there. Some how windows mail is grabbing a
second copy, from the server, I believe and dragging it to my computer. Any
ideas?

Its likely Norton causing the problem. Norton and WinMail aren't very
compatible. Someone just posted there they lost 3 months of email with
Norton installed.
