Duplicate Email in Outlook 2007

Im using OL2007, with Vista Home Basic. Im getting duplicate email receipts
from 4 different email accts, on 2 different pop servers. Ive disabled all
add-ins, and started OL2007 with the /cleanrules switch. Ive still got two
other machines running XP with OL2003, that work just fine (ruling out a
server issue.)

Any thoughts/suggestions woud be great.

NIS2007 is installed, but integration with all email functions has been
disabled.
