Duplicate Databases

I had imported imported my ACT! database to Outlook before purchasing Outlook
with BCM. I've now imported it into BCM as part of my conversion. How do I
get rid of the previous Outlook datbase and just keep the BCM one? Ad will
the BCM one show up in the Contacts section on the left under my mailbox?

Yes, the BCM db will show up under the Outlook Contacts folder in the left
nav bar. You should be able to go into your Outlook Contacts folder, click
on one contact, press CTRL+A to select All, then press DELETE.
