want to know if anyone else experiences the same as i, i
got a panasonic cf-48 and the screen seems to go blurru or
should i say...the colors and graphics start scrolling
down and sideways and change colours, locks the pc up and
dont wanna work. i reinstalled the win 2000 but no luck,
any one have any clues or advice

Try installing updated or correct video card drivers.

If that doesn't work, it is possible that the video card
is going bad.

I'd say, install both video card drivers (from the original chipset
manufacturer, not the brand) and the monitor drivers. Check your monitor's
documentation (or the panasonic web site) for the resolutions & refresh
rates your monitor can handle, if refresh rates or resolution is too high,
the screen generally scrolls; blurs or becomes less visible on quite every
older monitor.
