DUN - Error:50 The request is not supported

When trying to connect to a dialup internet connection I
get an error stating "All devices connected" followed by
the error in the subject line. Has anyone seen this one
before?

I get the same thing and my ISP, nor Microsoft seem to be able to help
me. Has anyone dealt with this and know how to fix it? I also at time
will get ann error 6 Handle is not correct(or something like that) when
trying to use dialup. Error 6 however is not as frequent as Error 50.
I use to have Road Runner and have moved to where I can only use Dial
up. I have removed there software and disabled their connection. I
don't have service Pack 2 according to Microsoft however I do have
these Hotfix Downloads with (SP2) following their ID numbers.
