dump GPO changes to text file

Hi! I want to document our AD/2000 GPOs here but cannot find a way
through the Group Policy editor to export out the entire contents of a
GPO. The export feature only dumps the current folder. Perhaps this
can be done with adsi?

Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) is what you are looking for:

If you have an XP SP1 or Windows Server 2003 system handy, you can
install the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC), which is free from
MS's site. Although you have to run it from XP/2003, you can point it
to a 2000 AD Domain. The GPMC has a feature for creating full reports
of your GPO's.

Hmm, I have neither of those. Can this be done programmatically?

Not sure. Before GPMC, I did it by hand. :/
