Dump Error in windows 2003 server(enterprise edition)

Hi can anyone suggest me how to trouble shoot the issue.

Iam getting the following error while booting windows 2003 Server(ent edtn):

Stop: 0xc0000218 {Registry File Failure} The registry cannot load the hive
(file): \SystemRoot\System32\Config\Software or its log or alternate. It is
corrupt, absent, or not writable

The system is installed with multiple OS i.e. win2k3 Server(in C drive) &
win2k Server(in D drive)
