Stop 0000218

Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this
problem? I can not boot to the OS at all not even in safe
mode. This is installed on a Compaq/HP blade server
bl20e.

Stop: 0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The Registry cannot load the hive (file):
\Systemroot\system32\config\software
Or its log or alternate
It is corrupt, absent, or not writeable
Beginning dump of physical memory...

I have not seen anything in TechNet or the knowledge about
this stop code.
