Dumbfounded in Richmond

When I right click on a message title no pop up window appears with options.
Right click works everywhere else including the outlook page other then the
message title list. How do I correct.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Rope asked:

This was fixed for several of our users on Outlook 2003/WinXP by:

- Exit Outlook
- Delete c:\docs&settings\username\local settings\app
data\ms\forms\frmcache.dat
- Relaunch Outlook
