Dual Video Cards & Monitors - Open Apps only on Primary?

Hi:
I have two monitors working on two video cards under W2K SP4, just a
standard multi monitor setup. It works great except that when I
pcanywhere in, if an application was closed while it was on the
secondary monitor it opens in the same place again and I can't see it or
access it. Pcanywhere doesn't let me see the secondary monitor. I know
that some nvidea cards have drivers that let you work around these kinds
of issues, but if I can find a way to just set my applications to always
use the primay monitor I could avoid trying to find an nvidea card to
fit my low profile case. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Cascade Windows doesn't do it; the windows cascade
on both displays, but I can still only see what's on the primary
display. I'm trying to find a way to either ensure that an application
will always open to the primary monitor or to be able to move it back to
the primary monitor from the taskbar.
