Currently, only Win2K (SP4) installed.

I have an old 16bit app that works OK in Win2k but croaks in some
situations.

On another box with Win98SE, it works flawlessly.

I have the Win98SE install disk. How do I set up to install Win98SE
on this Win2k box & boot up Win98 when needed?

The exact method depends on your disk structure. Please post
full details of all installed disks, their partitions and what file
system each partition uses.

You have exactly one partition on each drive. If you had
none then your PC would be inoperative!

To run Win98 on your PC, you have a couple of choices:
1. Create a 2 GByte FAT32 partition at the far end of the
30 GByte disk and install Win98 there. You must then
adjust the Win2000 boot environment.
2. Create a 2 GByte FAT32 partition on the 80 GByte disk and
install Win98 plus a third-party boot loader (e.g. XOSL) there.

To create a FAT32 partition non-destructively you need
a partition manager such as the one from Acronis.

If you indicate your preference for one of the two options
then someone will post further details.
