Dual NIC's Load Balancing

Is there a way that I can bind two NICs together in WinXP Pro for load
balancing and Fault Tolerance? Is this even possible?
 
Yes it is possible. I'm updating our (Honeywell's) Intermediate Driver that
does just what you want. The driver keeps track of other Fault Tolerant
nodes by use of the Fieldbus Foundation High Speed Ethernet Redundancy
Specification FF-593, and determines the best route to the other node for
each packet.
