Assuming you have everything set up properly [only certain cards will
work together, and have the proper drivers] you right click on the
desktop to get the display properties. When you tab to the settings,
there will be a picture of a 2nd phantom monitor in the window, and a
place near the bottom of the property page that says soething to the
effect of you wanting to show the desktop across both monitors, check
it and the 2nd monitor should light up. From there, just move the
app's window to the appropriate monitor.
