Dual Monitors

[Confused]

I'm tying to get Dual monitors set up correctly.. I have installed my dual
head card ok & device manager lists both monitors. When I go display>
properties>settings both monitors both are displayed correctly there as
well, When I click the second one & drag it, it tells be that it's inactive
& asks if I would like to make it active. I tell it yes & then click extend
windows over both monitors nothing happens. If I try to make it active
again & drag it up rather then side by side as I would like, it moves the
icon up, but again I get nothing on the screen other than the 'No Signal
Input message' .

Any other ideas as to how to fix this problem?

Sound like the hardware is not connected correctly, OR if you have a LCD
screen the wrong input has been selected. Please review all documentation.
