Dual Monitor Video Games

I'm new to the dual monitor feature. I know how to change the settings and do multiple tasks with it. However I am trying to load a video game, like metal gear solid or Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4, on my secondary monitor. I do not have the option to move these programs. Is there a way to get them to load automatically on the secondary monitor? Or is there a way I could move them manually?

I've tried alt tab and then right clicking on the start menu buttons to try and move them after the program is loaded, but no luck.

if the game plays in window mode, you can move it over. Other way would be
to switch the primary and secondary monitor in Windows.
