Hello
I want to net boot a pc. I want to be able to boot the pc
without using the hard disk. I understand that you must
use first setup an image using the hard disk and boot from
it.
So, how do you prepare the hard disk for booting? I
assume that I need to partition the disk into two
partitions. One partition will contain a working os so
that I can ftp an archive (tar or zip) of the desired
image. Then the second partition is formated, and the
archive is unpacked onto the second partition. What do we
have to do the windows 2000 bootloader so it will try to
boot the second partition?
