can i eliminate win 98 from dual boot leaving win XP on
disk D (servant)?
can i move windows (or reinstall) on C without reactivation

To remove windows 98:
a) Delete the C:\windows folder
b) Delete the c:\Program Files folder
c) Delete other none essential folders
d) Leave any files named: Boot.ini, ntldr, ntdetect.com,
msdos.sys, command.com.
e) Edit boot.ini using MSCONFIG and make XP your default boot
and remove entries for Win98.
f) C: should then be free to use.

If you want Windows XP on C: then you will have to reinstall it,
you cannot Move windows from one drive to another.
