2 HDD each with an O/S is there anyway that i can set up the system to give
me the option of which HDD i boot from?

Yeah, if they are already bootable separately, then hopefully you can go
into the BIOS and selected which IDE to boot from, be that IDE 0, 1, 2
or 3.

If you need them on the same IDE port (same cable) then you will need to
set 'cable select' for both HD's, before they can work like this.

Give GAG Boot Manager a try available at http://gag.sourceforge.net/.
You can configure and use it from a floppy disk before you commit it
to the boot sector of your hard drive. It will let you set the default
and boot from up to 9 OS's.
