The procedure to follow is quite simple really...

Regarding 2000 / 2003 Dual Boot

1. Install 2000 first say on partition C
2. After that install 2003 on any other partition (except C)
3. Reboot the system & the dual boot menu should appear upon boot up...

Regarding XP / 2003 Dual Boot

1. Install XP first say on partition C
2. After that install 2003 on any other partition (except C)
3. Reboot the system & the dual boot menu should appear upon boot up...

NOTE: For future dual (multi) boot scenarios you might want to implement,
always...

1. start by installing the OLDEST of the OSes (i.e. install the OSes in the
order 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP/2003).
2. install each OS on a separate dedicated partition...that will ensure the
stability per OS!
3. Create a FAT16 or FAT32 PRIMARY ACTIVE partition in the event you need to
install any of the non-NTFS OSes (95/98/ME) a spart of the dual/multi-boot
