Dual boot XP first W2K second?

Hi,
I have two pre-configured NTFS partitions with XP pre-installed. I'd like to install W2000 on the second partition (without a 3rd-party program like PartitionMagic if possible). I don't want to re-install XP. Trouble is, I can't even get started because the CD says W2K is older and therefore disables the installation files. How can I enable them to run the installation, then what exactly would I have to do? (I've read that you have to copy ntdetect.com and ntldr(?) from the i386 folder to somewhere) but I'm not clear on what exactly is needed.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Paul
