Dual-boot with XP?

Can I set up a dual-boot if I have xp installed on two
different physical drives? I would like to be able to
boot to either one without the fuss of moving jumpers so
I can compare the two and make them the same.

Yes it is possible as long as the first disk as been seen
during the installation of XP on the second drive. So it
depends how you have installed you 2 disk.

It will work in that way:
- XP installed on disk 1 normally
- Then install XP on the second disk, at the condition
that first disk is visible from second disk, this in order
that the boot process is installed on the main disk.

Then in order to install XP in an other drive than C,
check winnt switches when use in unattended mode.

Doing in that way the boot.ini will be modify accordingly
during the setup process.

Note that if both XP installation was made by hiding the
disk where it should not installed, it is similar thing as
defining 2 primary partition on same disk and at that time
the only way to have a multiboot is to use an extra tool
like ERD commander or Bootmagic

Physically yes, technically you will be in violation of the EULA. You were
not exactly clear, but if XP is already installed on the hard drives, you
will need third party boot manager software.
