Dual Boot W2K Help needed - Urgent

Hi,
I am in a huge delema and so far behind! My W2K Registry
had become corrupt and I Blue Screened. I was able to get
back in with the help of one of Annie from this sight.
The I got stuck again and have not received a reply. What
I did was this. I created another partition (E) and
loaded W2K on to it, copied most of the files I could not
live without from c to e and deleted the corrupt drive
(C), thinking I could repartition, format, and install W2K
back on to it (c). Both C and E were fat32. But E is now
C which is not nearly as large as I need it to be. On my
list of existing partitions and unpartitioned space I show
the following

Unpartitioned space 38178 MB (I want this to be C)
C: Fat32 8997 MB (3114 MB free) This D
Unpartitioned space 10064 MB

What I was hoping to accomplish is this. Install W2K on
the first drive on the list as the primary (drive c) then
copy my files form the 2nd partition on the list over to
the first one on the list that I want to be C. Im not
sure if this next desire is possible but I could like to
reformat the remaining partition (8997MB)and unpartioned
(10064)into 1 unpartitioned space (19061MB) split them in
half haveing 1 fat32 and 1 ntfs.

In trying to install W2K on the 1st unpartitioned space
listed above it only gives me the option to format it
using NTFS, Why? I want it to be FAT32. Im so totally
stuck! Please Help Me!

This is just temporary. The normal way of doing this is:
1. Create a partition out of the 38GB space. The next free drive
letter (not C:) will be immediately assigned to it.
2. Abort the installation process (F3 F3), and restart it.
3. The 38GB partition should now be C:.
4. Select the C: partition for installation, format it (NTFS), and the
installation proceeds to completion.
On my
list of existing partitions and unpartitioned space I show
the following

Unpartitioned space 38178 MB (I want this to be C)
C: Fat32 8997 MB (3114 MB free) This D

This should be doable if the 38GB partition is primary and the next
two are logical in an extended partition. Use Disk Management after
Windows 2000 is installed.

Windows 2000 won't format any partition larger than 32GB as FAT32, so
you have to use some other program if you insist on it.
