Dual boot question

Hi Everyone

I have a computer with dual boot.Windows Me installed in partition C and
Windows XP professional installed in partition D.I want to uninstall Windows
ME since i don't use it anymore and install windows xp home edition which i
have it's CD.My question is i need to know the steps of how to uninstall
windows me from partition C and install windows xp home editions instead of
it.I'm a newbie so i need help in this.I need one operating system for
applications i use and the other operating system for internet and
games.Thank you for your help.

There is no need to remove "ME" first.

Just boot with your XP cd

and you will have an option to format your C: drive and install XP there.

The formatting will entirely remove ME.


Just pay careful attention so you do not format the partition where you have
XP pro installed.
