Dual Boot Problem

I have a dual boot OS (Win ME and XP) on myPC. The dual boot worked
fine until fine until I installed a Cicero 5 port USB 2.0 PCI card.
Win XP still boots up,but Win ME won't. A notice comes up that I need
to reinstall Win ME. Obviously something got corrupted after I
installed the card. Any ideas on how to get Win Me to boot up.
 
Open your boot.ini file with Notepad and post the contents of it here?
That will probably give an indication as to what's changed in there.

Try booting ME in Safe Mode. Then disable the USB 2.0 card in Device
Manager.
