Dual boot PC, XP & 2000, can I convert FAT32 to NTFS?

Dual Boot PC:
XP SP2 on C:
Win2000 on D:

I have Partition Magic 8.0
Can I convert this entire machine to NTFS in one shot and will both OS's
function afterwards?

.... or should I convert one OS at a time from within each?
