How can I convert a NTFS disk to FAT32

I have an 80 Gig drive that I need to convert from
NTFS to FAT32. Is there any easy way to do that?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

[ P.S. I am using a dual boot PC with C: drive,
formatted as FAT32 and Win98SE is loaded
on it, but the D: drive is formatted as NTFS and
WinXP Pro is loaded on it. I am unable to use
the D: drive while I boot with Win98SE, although
I can use both drives from XP. I am sure I have
to re-load the WinXP Pro, if I can convert the
drive from NTFS to FAT32....]

Thank you. I have gone through Google, before I posted
this. Didn't find something that works, specially,
when the drive is larger than 40 Meg. I will look
little further. Thanks again.

Thanks for the postings. I am actually looking for
a converter that converts a drive from NTFS to
FAT32 or FAT16.

Last night after this posting, I did try some steps -
1. Boot from a Win98 Bootable Floppy.
2. Run FDISK
3. I was able to partial conversion of the drive to FAT16.
But the remaining large section stayed on NTFS.
4. It seems like, if I can use XP 'Disk management'
and 'delete partition', then I can re-format the drive
in FAT32. But, I cannot do that to the XP boot
drive or the primary working drive of XP.

Does that mean that I need to load XP on a third drive,
so that it can dis-lodge the non primary drive, which then
can be converted to whatever type we like it to be ?

Any comments ?

A better solution could be one of these utilities.

Windows provides no way to do this. Short of reformatting the drive and
starting over, the only way to do what you want is with a third-party
utility like Partition Magic.

I had to remove the drive and load it on another
PC, as the D: drive. I used XP 'Disk management'
and 'delete partition', then re-loaded the drive back to
my PC.

I was able to re-format the drive in FAT32. under
Win98 and reload XP Pro.

Thank you for the comments.
