Dual Boot Drives

Is it possible to setup WP-Pro so that it will
successfuly boot from either the C: or D: drive? I have
added a second hard drive and would like to boot from the
newer one most of the time, but occasionally boot from
the older, slower drive. TIA Lew
 
I also am interested in the answer, as I intend to add a second drive.
