Dual Boot 2 Windows XP (different language) on same machine

Hi,

I'd like to accomplish the following:

- install two (2) version of Windows XP:
- one french
- one italian

Can this be possible for dual boot on the same machine? If yes, how can I do
it? Can you point me to some resources for help.
