Dual ATA133 raid 0 or SATA150?

Im buying a new hdd within the next few days, i remember someone once
benchmarking 2 ATA100's raid 0 to an ATA133 and the ATA133 came out on top,
what im asking is will this be true of SATA as well?

Should i buy a SATA 120GB maxtor
or another ATA133 120GB maxtor and put them in raid 0

Any ideas what is the faster setup , people?

cache 8.5ms seek ATA133 in raid 0 on gigabytes gigaraid IT8212F

or a single 120gb maxtor diamond max 9 7200rpm 8mb cache 9.3ms seek SATA150
im not shure what the sata controler is on the 8KNXP
