dsl connection

My notebook has been working properly with a cable modem connection, but I've
having trouble trying to get internet access with a DSL/ethernet connection.
In the Network Connections window it shows "connected", but when trying to
access the internet it shows "this page cannot be displayedl". Thanks for the
help

Most of the time the reason this has happened is your firewall if using a
3rd party one and not the Microsoft one. If you are using a non-MS one, turn
it off and try again.
