DrWatson Postmertem Debugger

After I have downloaded Windows Update for XP and
restarted pc, error message "DrWaton Postmortem Debugger
has encountered a problem and needs to close....." occurs
and then nothing reacts on a mouse click, everything is
like frozen and rebooting doesn't help. Any advises
please?

I think what is happening to you is that some program has crashed, and
then Windows launched DrWatson to analyze the problem. But then DrWatson
crashed too.

Open up the task manager. You can do so by pressing the key combination
<Ctrl><Shift><Esc>. Then look for running programs named DrWatson.
You may see two such programs. Kill them both.
