Most of the time, editing these to squeeze the extra millisecond back into
your life ends up causing issues down the line. If you have high-speed and
you are not getting the speed you believe you should be on a system that you
know is clean of spyware/adware - cleaned of viruses and trojans -
defragmented and the hardware is in good working order with the latest
drivers for each piece of hardware straight from each manufacturer's web
sites... Then you need to contact your ISP and have them test your lines.
