Dropped Internet Connection While Downloading Windows Updates

If I am downloading an update (e.g. from Windows update),
my connection is dropped after 20 minutes. I have the
setting in my internet connection properties set to drop
the connection after 4 hours of inactivity, but it still
drops after 20 minutes unless I am sitting at the
computer when the prompt comes up to stay connnected or
disconmect.

How do I fix this?

Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folder). Make sure you have plenty of
space in your cache.
